Vision Statement
The McAllen Arts Council supports and encourages the development of a citywide arts culture and infrastructure that includes all disciplines of the arts. We believe that his support and encouragement will improve the city’s quality of life through promoting and enhancing creativity, education, and the appreciation of the arts for all its citizens.
